mrittikā is a software that provides recommendation on optimum fertilizer usage based on crop, season, irrigation and land information. Farmers can obtain specific recommendation about how much fertilizer to be applied for a given crop along with fertilizer application time & order.
"The present approach to reach the grassroots people is most likely passive,"said Pavel Hoq, chief operating officer of Grammen Intel Social Business Ltd. at The Daily Star Centre on February 20, 2016.
